Their breakfast wraps, carefully layered with Wisconsin River Meats bacon or smoked ham, cheddar cheese, eggs, and crispy hash browns, are the epitome of comfort food done exceptionally well. The standout Bacon Avocado Breakfast Wrap adds a creamy house-made guacamole, enhancing the savory, smoky bacon with a fresh, buttery twist. Each bite resonates with satisfying textures and rich Midwest flavors.

Alternatively, the Cheesy Chicken Fajita Wrap bursting with roasted peppers, onions, and salsa, or the BBQ Chicken Haystack Wrap layered with hash browns and vibrant BBQ sauce, showcase an inspired fusion of hearty ingredients and bold flavors.

Don’t miss their breakfast comfort offerings: flaky buttermilk biscuits are a true highlight. The Biscuits and Gravy, served with rich house-made sausage gravy, are frequently singled out for their luscious texture and comforting, nostalgic appeal. Another favorite, the Strawberry Shortcake Biscuits adorned with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry jam, provide a perfectly sweet, fluffy indulgence to brighten any morning. Use the door furthest to the right to enter :) I had the biscuits and gravy half order. Ate it too quickly to snap a photo. I like that they offer alternative milks too for their beverages. Priced fairly and good portions. The owner was very kind! Highly recommend for a quick bite or to stay and catch up with a friend.

Ordered a couple orders of biscuits and gravy and some fancy drinks. We also got some scones and some pastry’s to take home. Everything was excellent. Extremely fresh. The biscuits were amazing. The fancy drinks were worth the money as well, which is rare. 5 Stars. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in for a quick drink- got a Mocha with oat milk. It was spectacular. So smooth I half wondered if it had espresso in it at all until of course I was giddy for the next 3 hours. A nice environment with friendly people, overall a great experience. I asked a bit about the shop just out of curiosity and the proprietor personally goes to Central America pretty regularly to source the beans. I’m not enough of an aficionado to taste it- but I’m enough of a drinker to appreciate it!

I was skeptical of all the five stars this little coffee house was given, but after stopping here, I can definitely see why they get five stars. Very friendly service and helpful staff. The coffee is amazing and a great price. Collin's coffee house is definitely worth a visit

We had a couple of their flavored lattes (they have some fun varieties, a breakfast wrap, and a cinnamon roll. Everything was excellent. They roast their own beans too. What a wonderfully unexpected find.

My favorite coffee shop around They have the yummiest cinnamon rolls in town and delicious espresso served by some of the best baristas! The breakfast wraps are hearty and I get one almost every time I go! I highly recommend this place!

Cute little coffee shop on 58. Came for a quick breakfast after staying at Buckhorn state park. The burritos were delicious and hot. Lots of meat and it was delicious. I got an iced London fog latte, while my husband got one of the special lattes. I’m not a coffee person, but the coffee here was so good. If I had coffee on the regular I might convert to a coffee drinker instead. The staff were very nice and recommended the Santa Fe burrito which was phenomenal. I will definitely be back when I am in the area. I will definitely make it my breakfast stop when I come here again!
